July 1-3 Highlights

Do you think we could turn it into a competitive sport?

I had an absolutely fantastic event.  So much happened that I would have a hard time chronicling it all.  Some particular highlights that stick out are:

• Every battle in which Liam was a part.  My friend, you make an excellent homicidal bastard.
• Kwildar's brand-new entrance music.
• Witnessing the late-night True Warlock lesson taught by a sleep-deprived Magnus.
• Even with a burning throat, teaching bard lessons is always fun.
• Finally, managing to somehow not die!

I hope Dexcon goes well this week.  Sadly, I can't attend.  See everyone at the festival!

My main highlight comes from the feast.

"Me:Teeg please say a prayer to the almighty gobladon"
"Teeg: Almighty gobladon hear my prayer,  Please die in your sleep!"

Actually being there for the whole event....god Friday nights are exhausting- its been so long Id forgotten!

Friday

-walking EVERYWHERE. Multiple times everywhere. All over everywhere. And with random pcs/npcs....
-Goley "You have 5 seconds to make up your mind."
Me "Wha?"
Goley "5....4.....3...."
Me "CRAP!"
-Somehow NOT dying despite all of the sometimes crazy things I did.
-You people need to learn how to answer questions sheesh. I give lessons lol.
-Getting thrown in jail....for my own protection. To then be broken out of jail by the one person who really wanted to kill me and nearly dying until Paetros saved me.
-Going to bed- this is, indeed, a highlight as I was beginning to think Id never get there.

Saturday
-Sleeping for more then 3 hours.
-Having a nice fan on me the entirety of sleeping
-Getting up and going to the inn to find the other khitanese running around with a weird guy with poison in his veins....
-Then walking around with the weird guy to make sure he didnt do anything....and finding the person he was looking forward to in the first place.
-Loved that entire encounter, Judge. When you said it was a recurring thing my heart jumped for joy!
-Talking khitanese business in Ming Nas tent afterwards
-Main mod was ridiculousness. I have no idea how healers normally do all that- mayhaps I need to pc it more. A+ roleplay though!

NPC
-Being the crazy chick and making multiple people cry when I had my breakdown
-Getting tortured in the Best.Setup.Mod.Ever. Loved it

Sunday
-Not getting attacked
-Having the rain slightly cool things down

Lowlights
-Mosquitos. They all need to die. Like...now and at once. Plskthxbai.

Excellent event- had so much fun!

Coming back into game was epic and i missed KR so much... now time to make a name for myself...

Highlights:
Conversing with my fellow newbs about what should be done with the demon knight fighting about 5 feet in front of us.
Random person: EHEM!! and what can you do sir...
Me: I am a practitioner of the arcane arts of fire.
Random person: THEN DO SOMETHING!
Me: I might be able to sizzle him a bit with a fire strike or 2.... but something tells me that won't do..... I can momentarily flash him for a few seconds..... hmmm... that might do... FLASH FLASH FLASH FLASH FLASH!
-hitting demon knight so many times with 5 second dazes that it gets annoyed and flies away-
I now fully appreciate the daze...

learning all my 2nd rank fire from gideon... I hope to continue my learnings for him, it was very fun roleplay..... can't wait for incinerate....

seeing the bloody stump for the 1st time ever! It was fun.

Sunday morning literacy teaching from oakroot.... with some minor casualties in my manner followed by a odd fight with spiders and barkskin....

Lowlight:
mysterious bumps on my arms ....

ALL IN ALL IT WAS GREAT!
