I had a lot of fun this event
FRIDAY:
-Drow for about five minutes before I realized the makeup did not react well with my chaos star tattoo. After washing it out redoing my Wormwood makeup and explaining every time that it was her "political" (read middle finger) to Aliester. Later being told by Aliester he was trying to teach her a lesson but Ava not really getting it...yeah things like that go over her head.
-Billiam putting his plaid fabric over Ava's head turning her into "old Wormwood" in which Ava said "Brood brood angry brood"
-Talk with Atrus (all weekend not just the one on friday)
-Cloves cookout and giving Lorelai advice.
-Early morning siege by demons, using chaotic madness for my first time and running upstairs after Illana barricaded them on the other side of the entrance near the staircase. Running upstairs and banging on Drega'room going "ALIESTER THERE ARE DEMONSSSSS"
- I hadn't fought anything before then so I turned one into a stump. Then getting attacked by an altered Jack Cypher. I would have slain him (as he wanted to take it) but tired Christine hit the leg of the table...Ava cut a Dragon's Claw table in half...opps. Though I did get Daymares from this and I'm excited to have those
-Being yelled at by Morwenne for not informing someone of Jack's seemingly odd behavior earlier. Telling her that a dog does not speak for it's master, then Morwenne's retort of "You should have done it as a friend" and Ava making a noise that was the noise for "Friend? Hmmmmm IDK"
SATURDAY:
-Trying to go to the inn after waking up and help finish the tail end of a fight with demonic orges. Realizing I did not put sunscreen on my tattoo so going back down to Ostcliff then being attacked by more demonic ogres. Cutting one who was insulting her in half (
Dave) and taking an exploding goblin to the face. I had 2 body left after that explosion and limped to a healer claiming that I was "crispy"
- Being the subject for a break mind control lesson to which both Zelretch and Dr. Maxwell admitted "She's like the worst subject for this since she's already so crazy" With a later admisson from Maxwell that he has "..left her with enough will that she could have attacked " the student had he pissed her off. Also him asking if the red makeup was how you could tell she was a "chaos warrior" which illicited so many OOG laughs for multiple reasons then Ava offering to tell the long story of Wormwood then the student declining.
- Main mod, mook drow was fun even if I took many elbows and weapons to the face. If only I was like six inches taller....
-Pit fight was awesome though Ava only cheered for the Pocket Sand.
-Crippling a violent townsperson after he tried to break both of Zelretch's arms then proceeding to push the broken legs with her foot until she felt she had gotten her revenge on Zelretch's assault on his honor. Sure, Ava doesn't care much about her honor but trying to harm Zelretch is Ava's job.
SUNDAY:
-Extract Truth lesson. Taking Zelretch(who agreed to the lesson), and the question she learned from was "Do you actually love me" To which he admitted yes. Accidentally almost killing him while trying to inflict pain to him. Thankfully we had a healer and a guards member to watch them. Being told she would need to learn restraint to do such a delicate process.
-Missing the fight with chaos waste things, being disappointed by missing it.
-Being yelled at my Aliester again for insulting the Vanguard lesson for Annora. All just part of the chaos warrior vs cavalier divide.
-Learning Slam from Illana. The conversation of Ava launching herself into people was amusing.
-Being used in a Master Warrior lesson from Jack who told her to not just run and attack but to fight defensively. It went like this:
Jack: I need you to not attack him unless he attacks you.
Ava: So you are telling me I can't cut him in half?
Jack: Exactly
Ava: You realize who you are asking to do this right?
-Being called "mini Wormwood" to which Ava was like "I don't brood as much as him"
Hope to see you guys all for WiTL

FRIDAY NIGHT
Watching Keavey and Wife freak out on each other was amazing. I love seeing parts of wife's personality that don't come out often.
Midnight mass was amazing as always. Maralas is just wonderful. Angeliana was amazing as well. Pluvious was a fantastic addition. Romeo your singing was incredible, and learning you wrote that song really made it so much more awe inspiring. Everyone keeps pushing Caldor to be "clergy" and a "priest" when he just wants to be a simple "man of faith" or "shaman". Beleschand too...
Working on fixing Caelvan.
Off to the caves in the rain was NOT a great experience. I love the caves but I hated being in them in the rain. Ruindal pushed one of Wife's buttons.... thats two explosions in one day.
The tent was nicer than I thought, despite the rain. It was cool seeing Typhon Awakening the Grove around the statehouse.
Saturday
Morning was rough. I didn't sleep well, though that really helped me RP caldor's nightmares.
Its weird helping with orders when the character is bad with money and names. I hated being so swamped with kitchen work, as I had to pass on helping with the chroniclerite mod finale. I hear it was great, and wish I could have been there.
Wife's Lunch was amazing. I've always loved her sauce and meatballs, and I was so thrilled everyone else got them too.
Oh DEER!!! I was so happy to see this lovely faun again. I really wish I had more time to spend with her. Caldor really has a soft spot for her, and having her ask for his help with something made his afternoon.
I love Caldor the wedding planner. Its so much fun to be involved in these events.
Setting up the Wedding was amazing, so much awesome food from Goose and so many nice people coming. I'm glad I didn't have to stand in for Ruindal's family, her real relative would have been sad to miss it. Caldor was nervous about the strange bard, but someone assured him that Silus had hired him, so he was all good with it. I guess Caldor should have trusted his instincts. I was so sad to have to drop immediately from the "damage from Latent defenses", but i kept my eyes squinted enough to see the awesomeness that was what followed. I was sad Grim wasn't there, as I wanted to see if Bloody Roar would have helped.
Many have said it already, but the aftermath RP of the murder of Caliope was so hear wrenching... but thanks to Goose's preped special effects, many of us were honestly shocked too. I am glad Xod wasn't there, but he is already really sad to hear she is gone.
Walking with Meralas and talking altars and gaia was wonderful. Its going to be so wonderful once Kaladonea's altar is finished, and I love having people involved in "dedicating" and "designing" it. Passing by the Kaladonea fire pit makes it hard to leave, so we were late to Mass, but fortunately, not too late.
Bat Cooper gave a good mass, and I was happy to be part of it. Brother Aldric spoke wonderfully as well. Caldor tried to slip out before the "clergy" meeting, but they asked him to stay and help, so he did. It was a great thing, and I really look forward to what is going to be done to change the church in the future.
Got to talk to Typhon about the Gaian elements coming to Caldor, and was amazed by the response. Caldor is so proud to be Typhon's apprentice, and was honestly scared he was going to lose that.
I mostly missed feast, staying for the opening announcements, benediction and what not. I ate a little, but then wanted to head back to the fire pit. HOwever, Winks and Ib... damn guys, you rule. Discussing married life and 'conquests' was great. Caldor is so seeking you guys out again. Also loved shoveling more and more food on Nalick.
Main mod was moderific. The planning went well... but the explosion of the Wife/Ruindal issue made it harsh as well. Caldor actually yelled at someone himself, a break from his usual calmness (FYI to those involved, the yelling and frustration was Caldor's, I'm not mad at anyone).
I was VERY happy to see that main mod had three areas of attack, even if they were closely related. I can't speak about how the other two groups went, but Flower Brigade was a lot of fun. We had some misinformation on what we had to do, but it honestly made it more fun, as we had to scramble to protect ourselves, figure it out and keep the energy safe all at once. MAD PROPS TO KLEIDEN!!! Totem form for the win. Also props to Clytie for herding cats successfully, and to Joric for proving himself to be the ultimate Barbarian by diving through dark sorcery to save people, knowing he might not have a way back. SO glad I fated Gaia's Embrace this event, as it saved Keavy .
Favorite Quote of main mod was after Gideon did some massive White sorcery thing to break a barrier. Half of the area turned to Kleiden and was like... :"So Sexy... now we know why you are marrying him."
Post main mod I tried to recover and rest my feet up, but then I heard that Sister might give her life up... and I had to go talk to her. Caldor got to the Monastery to find her in a sanctuary over Oren's body, with others trying to talk her down. Caldor gave her his argument, then said he'd support whatever she did. However, more dead bodies kept streaming in, and eventually, Caldor had to step in to help on his own. Bringing back Hurgar was awesome, especially because I was able to have Dr. Maxwell observe like I did when he brought Grim back many moons ago. I really enjoy RPing that ability an I am thankful to Sam and Mikaela for their support and commentary during it.
Back to Kaledonea for bed, but again distracted by the fire pit. I love that damn fire pit. late night talk, foot drying and what not was amazing. I was actually kinda happy when necro blights attacked, as I had Annointed everyone there, and it was awesome to see it come into play.
Sleep... far to little sleep. Again played up the nightmares.
SUNDAY
Helping with breakfast again. Sorry to those who got cut off at the end due to my miscount.
It was a strangely calm sunday for me. No lessons given, no lessons taken.
I'm so glad I could bring Meldoy out for interactions with Wolf Keavy.
MAD Respect for Kanas for his brawling matches.
Thank you to Anhil for making the Owen Sindarian match 10x more interesting.
I had the most wonderful conversation with Nalick, and I really can't wait to have more of them in the future.
Ogers were a pain, just tried to use poison ivy to help protect people.
Dire Wolves made Caldor sad. We couldn't animal empathy them, nor could we convince them to go away or scare them away. Clove was proven right in this instance, and Caldor walked away to let the town do what it had to.
I can't think of an event in a long time where i was so sad to have Lay off approach. I really felt this event was the most emotionally, spiritually, and physically entrancing in a while. Hats off to James and everyone who was involved in running it.
Kitchen Side note:
Sam and Crystal and Leslie - you all rule. You all know why.

Friday: Watching Gannon nearly cry laughing over the Underwear Delivery Man. Later having to use that underwear as a wig cap because I seem to have misplaced mine. Oops.
"Please tell me Aleister is in here." The beginning of the end. "ANGELICA WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE DROW DOWNSTAIRS" Clearly the answer is to have Billliamm hit her in the head with a plate until she tells us what we want to know. A+ job to May, Cappy, Mars, Gene and Matt (and anyone else involved). Also, Sean's face when he got there and I told him we were in charge because everyone else went to bed was priceless.
Saturday: Literally getting no sleep because I had to deal with drow on Friday and also be up before nine to get ready. Deering up for James and not finding out what I was doing with the PCs and the Glammer until I had a group of PCs to teach about Glammer (and then apparently still not knowing what I was doing, as I had no idea what was they were actually supposed to do on main mod) and I got to give out the flowers I made Thursday night, which I decided I was giving away right before I actually gave them out.
Knight Realms: The Red Wedding: The Musical. Alternatively titled "How to Make Zach Theis Cry in Under a Minute". Watching Nalick's face as he realised he dropped a Very Important Item somewhere, and interrupting the people being Very Honoured to meet Eralynn because of it.
Trying not to smile as Tim asked me why Steve was making him play Philadin. Drega'mire, the land of white dragon knights!
Thankfully not having to clean up a bloody smear of Steve off the ground after his fight with Gene.
Desecrating a dark ceremony with Aldric while asleep. I would say two or three holy words, fall asleep, wake up, continue on whichever word he was on, and then immediately fall asleep again. Victory: tired Valosians!
Sunday: Lessons with Swyft. What a series of tangents completely unrelated to the lesson eventually coming full circle!

This event was amazing for me and I loved it. There are way to many highlights so let me just put three down.
*Healer going in to catatonic fits because I was less then empathic when telling someone their husband had died. It was amazing to watch and RP with them. Thank you both for the fun RP. Also the RP with Ruindal before and after.
*Drow caves for main mod. The people with me saw a new side of Anhîl and I hope you enjoyed it. As for the fight it was so much fun to do and I loved working with each and everyone of you. I will find the matron and deal with her
*Cooking for people over at Kaledonia. I loved it. It was fun.
Thank you all for one of the best events I've had in a while.

First post layon arrival. Not so pleased to be getting signed in plainclothed while npcs are getting assignments...
Blacktree's drow interrogation - not for the faint of heart. Only my pc's obligation to the upkeep of law kept him there.
Back in enough light for it to be seen at the Dragon's Claw, and I can say the expense of a one shot prop was worth it, even if I had a hard time keeping from glancing around!
Discovering Chad already fully immersed! Welcome to Travance, Trent! To XXXX with wading in, cannonball!
Escorted a party back to Drega'mire for bedding down meant a lonely run back to the barracks. Not a wise decision when blind and during a full moon it turns out. Hooray blindfighting!
Imrahil: "Trip!" Unseen opponent: "Dodge." Flurry of roughly equal blows. I: "Trip!" UO: "Dodge." New flurry of blows. I: "Throw!" UO: "Dodge." More flurried blows. The break limb worked, but not in game; I am so sorry dude - you took it like a champ though. New round of flurried blows. I: "Throw!" UO: "Dodge." Imrahil, for the first time in a year, runs. Unsuccessfully. Lycanthrope apparently > 10 season warrior monk.
Second event in a row regaining consciousness in Alisandria's statehouse. Many thanks to those who came to my aid. I know Ginny by name, but the rest I have yet to meet in game. Oh, and the pickle was amazing! Later received my escort back to the barracks by none other than Don'Kellard! I'm going to call it off card luck. Light already in the sky... there goes my mind for the weekend.
Saturday: absentmindedness confirmed. Managed to recall my physreps back in the barracks before getting to Pendarvin.
Some light rp around the camp, another successful market faire.
Pledged allegiance to Drega'mire. I hope to prove an asset.
Interrupted on the way to fetch offerings for the wedding. Turned into some great play on a number of fronts. Great job npc gobs! Imrahil has himself some doozies of incident reports to file with the guard this month!
Carlos on officiant duty nailing it as usual, and Romeo couldn't have (imo) foreshadowed the conclusion more if his outfit was purple and yellow. Got divine/director intervention flight on angels wings off to kitchen duty right as stuff hit the fan.
Holli, Nate, Adam, Renee, Jenn, and so many others made feast prep and cleanup super snappy. Seriously folks, we owned that feast. Think I may have found another hat to wear here.
Main mod in Galen and Lorelai's crew! All I can say is well oiled machine!
A bit more rp around the inn before bed time. The response to Imrahil's cherry wine seems to me it will be back for next month and my ig/oog birthday!
Sunday went pretty slowly, but got my first MW lesson from Sir Cypher. All I can say is the scenario had me questioning my character for long enough to make some very uncharacteristic play, only to return to what was my characters instinctual response to the situation. Full-circle mind-four letters. Nicely done Gus! And Christine, nice job on trying to draw me in! Pesky racial defenses!
Can't wait to see you folks in June!

While it was a minor part of the event, and really only a small thing in the scope of this month, one event really showed me how much has changed for both Travance and Almat in one very important to her way.
At the end of my first event ever, if you had told me that in less than three years a Chroniclerite would give benediction at feast, I'd have laughed long and hard. If you had told me that it would be me, I'd have dragged you to a physician. The fact that in about 2 and a half years, 2 years of being a priestess, I got to give benediction absolutely floored me. I never saw it coming (and I hope it was okay! I didn't really have time to plan it!), and was really still in shock even as I was giving it. So, while a tiny part of why this was one of my best events ever, it really made a huge impact on me.
That said, seriously, this event was awesome.
First of all, getting to camp, signing in late, and not even having time to change into my proper footwear before being dragged into note taking! That was kinda crazy, but also quite fun.
Lots of research. As always. I got some good reading done of a book I brought.
Watching Chroniclerite mod. Dave and Conor, thanks so much for letting me be a part of that. It was a pleasure watching you all answer the riddles (even if sometimes I wanted to throttle you based on the answers).
So, going to the wedding, I had my hookah and I had my first ever bottle of Satyr's wine. I was looking forward to supporting Tobar, having some good food and drinks...
THANK YOU to Carlos, who's suggestion had me already impartially observing when Everything went down. The whole thing was amazing, the role playing I got to witness was fantastic....
And it really showed me how much impartial observer really steps Almat outside of what's happening. The Hollow Song left, I followed them til they gated out, and then returned and stopped impartially observing, and only then started crying.
Meeting the daughter of Rowena, seeing Maja in a panic, dealing with Walora, all after watching Calliope's murder...so many emotions. Wow.
It also colored the rest of the event, as all I wanted to do was sit down and research how to take them down. Instead, I first had to deal with Druid research, and sitting and waiting for Typhon to return was so hard.
Again, feast.
Helping prep my team for main mod. It's fun getting to rp my archcasting, and changing it based on whether it's divine or bardic.
Sunday morning was low key and fun overall, though nothing specifically stands out for me right at this moment.
