So I am considered a monster these days? How delicious.

To learn the lore of Demons, I firmly believe there are certain protections one must first possess. Without a strong will, one would be helpless to resist the blandishments of demons.

No, Draknar... just "monstrous". Surely even you would have a hard time arguing with that assessment.

I would agree with you, Master Haroldson. Knowledge about daemons can be a most dangerous thing as you are opening your soul to the infernal and they will look for your weaknesses to take you over.

Do'Kanen, I do not consider you a monster, You are a being of honor and have tried to live your life to a noble end.

Also... there is one creature whose weakness I have yet to find after years of my own research. I've tried everything... luring it into spider webs... throwing bread dust in its eye... pitting it against ice vampires... i even followed up on a ridiculous rumor that it was only vulnerable on tuesdays.

Perhaps one of you fine scholars can instruct me, that this beast may finally lose its head and a dear hero of travance can finally rest. I'm looking to learn the monstrous lore of Forest Fires.

I'm sorry, Edwin, but can you please explain to me why knowing more about demons would make you more susceptible to them than not knowing? Knowledge of what is to come typically helps to defend against it, in my experience. Is there something specific about that lore that I am unaware of?
