Nalick,
I was simply keeping my wording professional. Khala has been nothing but kind to me, I only meant that I'd like to be given her permission before gallivanting away from my new post.

And Khala,
So long as the students will be safe, then I'll spend some time looking for this Jackdaw fellow, and report back to the school when I am finished. They've been doing well without my services up until this point, but still. Breaking from my position so soon after starting it feels wrong. Should anything happen, I will rush back with haste.

Until then, I'll head back to the proper to help with the search efforts.

Damien,

Normally I would encourage the enthusiasm. However you are under my employment and therefore my protection as well. I would recommend if you do intend to go back there, bringing one of more experience as well. If you wish, you and I can take Storm to get there quicker and spend a day checking the area. That is, if no one else objects or has a better idea.

Jackdaw being missing is thoroughly tied to the problem organization, so discussion in regards to them here seems appropriate to me.

I'd be happy to pin a different stack of letters next to this one if needed, however.
