While I think it is preposterous to imagine the good doctor's hopes for peace, love and harmony make him a traitor, I agree that his hopes are misplaced. Also, this is not a court of law. This is war. If there is an opportunity to take prisoners and bring them to salvation or trial, it should be taken, but otherwise it is our duty to kill them all in defense of the Kingdom and let their "potentially gentle" souls find peace in death.

Any silver-lining to this storm will make little difference if we are struck by its lightning and I will not hesitate to bring it to an end.

Maybe our duty is to survive, obtain peace, and progress. Killing doesn’t need to be a part of it. I wish us all wisdom.

Kid, I fought alotta things in my life, I killed people an things and came close to death myself. Killin an death happens no matter what ya say or wish, an no amount of yer researching will change that. One persons peace be another's chaos. Just listen to yer elders and the heroes round here who been dealing with this kinda stuff longer than ya. If I were ya, and I glad I aint, I'd not get in their way either, seems they would put their blade through ya to get to the chancellor if it meant he was done wit.
