Help on Thursday! (Everyone please read)

I will need a great deal of help on Thursday, the day before the event.

I need to transport the props from Hickory run to Sac, and while we are at it, may as well go strait into setting up the camp at least a little. Please let me know if you are willing to help with either transporting props, setting up, or both. I will give separate build bonuses for both task and you can gain both build bonuses if you help with both.

For transporting props, how many trips it will take will depend largely on the number of people who volunteer with vehicles, and what size the vehicles are. This is the most important one in my mind, and I really hope that some people with volunteer to help with this. The earlier we get started on this the better. Ideally I would like to have all the props at sac by noon, start time would depend on how many people let me know they are going to help move props.

For set up, I figure we are there anyway, might as well drop the props off strait into the inn and start decorating a bit. Well just get started and see where it takes us, before we decide to throw in the towel for the day.  If we get far enough we may not even have need for set up on Friday. I will post Thursday night whether or not we need set up help on Friday.

I really need to know what to expect on Thursday so please, send me a PM as soon as you can if you think you can help. I know that the day is January 1st is sort of a holiday but hopefully that will also mean that people will already have off. For those of you who come help, I will make sure you are rewarded well.

Not saying I can help (that remains to be seen), but if I can, will I be able to sleep overnight on camp Thursday?

You need to tell us what time to meet at which camp in the Poconos.

My car is too small to really transport much but I can at least help to load up cars if you need extra hands.  I'll be in the Poconos area on Thursday so let me know.

Hey James, I can most likely help, but you need to check your pms.  And then answer them.  With my questions such as what time do you want us there, and where exactly is the storage unit...so remember CHECK YOUR PMS.
