Help on Thursday! (Everyone please read)

Stacey, I use the intersection of White Lake Rd and Lafayette Rd as my GPS destination point.  All you have to do from there is follow White Lake Rd until you see the Dragon's Claw inn.

James, if you want us to meet at the storage shed, I'd appreciate an address.

OK awesome! It is beginning to look like we will be able to do this well.

Here is the list so far. Let me know if you change from a Maybe or Probably to a Definite. Some of you may be able to just meet us at Sac, becuase I will not need more than 2-3 other vehicles to help move stuff. I want to leave the Hickory run storage not much later than 10am. Meaning I will need people there by around 9am. People just meeting us at sac can meet us at noon there.

I am having EXTREME difficulty getting an address for this place. It is on 534. The nearest intersection is 534 and N Old Stage Road. At that intersection it is further west on 534 about .21 miles on the right. It is the Madison Inn at Hickory Run. Don't look up directions for that Inn, the address is incorrect.  Park there until you see my hummer in front of a small shed on the large open field.

I am also a maybe for set up on Thursday, if so i too will have to stay but you would have me for set up from noon till we are done.

Well crap! If Luis is going to help with his van to transport props I really don't need more than one more car. Everyone else would just be wasting gas money. Luis please let me know if you are a definite and if so we will coordinate to have just one more empty vehicle there at 9am. Everyone else can meet us there at noon.

While I am over pleased with the response at this point, I am beginning to think that we may have too many people. Also I cant let more than three to four people stay overnight there, or the ranger will think me a liar, for telling him only a couple.


Lets start with Luis, If you can make it for sure, let me know and I will ask one more of you to help move props. Someone with a completely empty vehicle. After that we will need to figure out who could definitely help set up at sac, and who would need to stay over.

Wow.  You're right, James.  This is tough to find on my GPS.  I'm actually having trouble finding Hickory Run.  Is there any possibility you could give me a longitude/latitude point (not likely, I know).  Is there another nearby city that I might be able to use to find coordinates (I tried White Haven).

Oh, nevermind.  James. I will definitely meet you there at noon.
