Help on Thursday! (Everyone please read)

I have a large pickup available for you if you want, and I can defiantely make it there.

I am EXTREMELY great full for all the positive replies, but between all the offers here and in my PM box, there is too much help. There simply would be people with nothing to do, and the ranger would be like, "I thought your event started Friday not Thursday".

As such I am going to have to do the unthinkable and turn down some offers to help. I apologize, but I really do appreciate the fact that so many people offered to help.

What I am going to do is post a list of who I would like to come, based off of when they offered to help, if they can definatly make it, if they have to stay at the camp, etc. Ultimately aside from my vehicle and Luis's I only need one more empty vehicle with no extra passengers. After that I only need about four or five more people tops to meet me at Sac. Any more than that and there will be people with absolutly nothing to do but stand around.

I will fill this list in below as quickly as I can.

Transport Props (Meet at Hickory Run Storage at 9am)
1) James - Hummer
2) Luis - Large Van
3) Tom S. / Paul Y. (Paul would stay over)

Set up Camp (Meet at Sac at Noon)
1) Charlie
2) Zach
3) Damien
4) Matt D / Malcom / Marcella

Also out of everyone listed above is there anyone who would need to stay over?

I don't need to stay over, James.  I'll see you at noon.

I cannot stay over, as I have to pick up bread and fruits Friday morning.  Can I leave some gear at Sac, since I will be otherwise bringing a fairly empty car on Thursday, and might as well bring my altar and such?

Ya anyone who wants to leave gear, that shouldn't be a problem.

Anyone know how to get a hold of Luis? Trying to confirm with him after his last post, and wether or not he comes would depend on whether or not I would have to change my whole game plan
