Morescal Ball Feast (Donations)

These are celiac-friendly cookies.

1 1/8 cup light buckwheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 cup chocolate chips

And these are diabetic-friendly cookies ^^

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar substitute
1 egg or egg substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Can this just be double checked so I know these in fact won't be a problem?

Greek Salad:
Tomatoes, Sweet onion, Cucumbers, Feta Cheese, sweet peppers, mushrooms, Garlic, Balsamic vinegar, basil.

Olives on the side.

Just confirming, the Penne ala Vodka will be al Crocked in da Pot   I did get word though from my wife that I better bring the crock pot back in one piece or I'm sleeping in the garage lol.
