Now I'm not saying I'm as easily motivated by money as morally sound causes...but two gold a pound is a solid price. Rats are pretty heavy creatures, especially around here.

Post-Script: Zanthios, your words hit me a bit closer to home than I had expected. I lost my parents a good five, debatably ten years ago now. By the twelve gods, do I have my days that I wish I hadn't...more days with that feeling than without, to be honest.
Despite all of that, I cannot in good conscience wish that they were back. Aeodra is a good place, a happy place. My parents deserve what they have there, and I have no doubt yours do as well. To bring them back would be to rob them of their peace. To wish they could not die would be to ensure that their moments of peace would never occur.

Perhaps you'd disagree. You have every right to, of course. Regardless, I shall take solace in the respite granted to those who pass, and attempt to bring people to that respite prematurely a bit less.

Firstly, if you ever need solace I do invite you to find me in the inn. I’ll maybe try to be there for you and all others hopefully the best I can for any situation. We are a community and alone I wish us not to be.

Secondly, I understand your idea concerning the topic. To be true, death seems assertive and oppressive given the lack of option to choose.
