Based on what we know of Cheese, and how it's made, would it be accurate to consider tofu simply a milk free cheese?

How is tofu similar to cheese, Lucky?

Cheese is delicious. So is tofu, but in a very different way. I don't know how to describe it.

As for cheese with holes... I would like to know how it got the holes, but that doesn't make it any less good.
