I'm in the process of compiling these now. Due to real life issues, it won't be done by Monday (obviously) - I'll work to the best of my ability to have it done ASAP. NO guarantees on a specific date, though.
I'm locking this for now, so that we don't get more added in while I am trying to wrap things up. Once we go for the next revision, I'll make a new call for edits.
