Completely separate from the park regulations, there are strict "open space" requirements, the area of which is a function of the shell size.  Nothing exists of the appropriate size where we are at the IG section of Hickory Run, thus the very prudent ban on fireworks.

So we're back to witch burnings or spectacularly pyrotechnically induced executions of goblins.

I hate to say it but Geezer does know of what he speaks as he is actually a licensed pyrotechnic and has actually gotten paid for working firework shows; and he still has all his fingers too!
